Overview:
- Accountable for developing and implementing the GTM strategy for Estee Lauder's Luxury Skincare including luxury service and media activations
- Accountable for developing a marketing calendar including new product launch, re-promote and promotions for Estee Lauder's Luxury Skincare
- Accountable for developing a monthly marketing plan and sales building block for Estee Lauder's Luxury Skincare
Key Responsibilties:
- Develop and refine the GTM strategy of Estee Lauder's Luxury Skincare: luxury services and media model
- Drive the expansion of luxury services, partnering with the Brand Education & Marketing and Commercial teams
- Plan and execute media campaigns for new launches and re-promote including owned, earned and paid media, working with media agency and internal partners
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns including DM, eDM and Line, working with internal and external partners
- Develop an annual and quarterly marketing calendar including product launches, media campaigns, and CRM activations
- Plan and execute promotional sets
- Plan and execute PR events and creative briefing
- Lead B&M promotions and VM
- Collaborate with Online team for Online Maximization

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 5-10 years working experience
- Strong Marketing and analytical skills and business acumen in bringing actionable insights through analytics
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills in interacting with all levels of management
- Agility, innovative and attention to detail
- Passion and experience in beauty and lux industry
