Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation (TMTT)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations professional with direct experience supporting sales to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients' lives.

As part of the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies Sales Operations team, this role supports our newly created and growing national field sales team, as well as the broader TMTT organization. Working cross-functionally, you will leverage information relating to inventory, compensation, contracts, rebates, pricing, sales, and market trends (and much more) to partner with our sales organizations in improving patient access to lifesaving technologies. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the development, design, and implementation of U.S. sales incentive plans ensuring alignment with commercial, strategic imperatives and financial budgetary requirements.
  • Own and manage the sales planning process inclusive but not limited to territory design, quota logic, account exception reporting, compensation accrual reporting, prorated performance management, and headcount optimization.
  • Calculate and prepare commission and commission statements for U.S. sales force within specified deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide management decision support through ad hoc analyses and reporting.
  • Develop meaningful presentations of data and analyses to communicate projections, results, recommendations, and insights to management.
  • Lead ad hoc projects that have measurable impact on the business through cross-functional collaboration with functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT
  • Primary owner of the development, tracking, and reporting for sales awards.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, 5+ years previous relevant healthcare/medical device sales operations experience required.

  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills; Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely in written and presentation form, and to present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage project timelines and demonstrated accountability to commitments.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical ability, including advanced technical proficiency with tools such as Excel
  • Experience using data visualization tools to develop dashboards such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Capability to adapt to proprietary systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce.com (SFDC)

For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
