Job Functions:
- Establish a consolidated and functional harmonized tender pricing management for all countries in Europe to anticipate the tender cycle, collect critical information and increase our win ratio.
- Lead the tender management process in cooperation with the Bids Tender, sales and leadership teams
- Monitors business trends and best practice in Europe to achieve optimum pricing in provide European benchmark and analysis
- Preparation of pricing strategy for tenders in developing tools and templates that enable informed retrospective business analysis and prospective business planning
- Lead implementation of strategic pricing tools and processes
- Help developing creative pricing simulation in analyzing market and competitive trends based on various sources (e.g., market reports, primary research, competitive intel, etc.).
- Present findings to key decision-makers through weekly/ monthly meetings.
- Support new product launches pricing.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested

Required Skills:
- Fluent English, other language is a plus.
- Pricing or Tender experience
- Excel and Power Point advanced skills absolute must
- Business/Market Analysis/Modeling/Forecasting experience
- Ability to work efficiently with cross functional team members (sales; Bid and Tender etc..)
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Drive for results and agile
- Think out of the box
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and work well with other internal functional groups
