In Practice Management, our goal is to empower FAs to lead their branch team in building a successful practice, by supporting and guiding them at every stage of their career. Within the Proven Practices department, we do this by equipping FAs and CSTMs at every stage of their career with proven strategies to optimize their practice and deliver industry leading client experiences.

The Proven Practices Content Curator writes and curates the proven practices source content that will be used to inform proven practice resources across the firm. This role leverages SME expertise, including knowledge of branch team roles and responsibilities, to make critical recommendations on the content of source materials they author. This role partners closely, and takes direction from, the Proven Practices Strategist, synthesizing large amounts of information and using sound judgement to ensure the strategic direction is appropriately reflected and translated for a variety of audiences.

What You'll Do...

  • Authors and maintains compelling, clearly written source content for a variety of audiences that details new and/or evolving proven practices for complex topics
  • Synthesizes large amounts of information from a variety of sources to make strategic recommendations to Strategist on source content details
  • Identifies opportunities and collaborates with other departments to obtain information or materials needed to shape new or evolving content (resource curation)
  • Uses strategic thinking and deep level expertise (SME) in practice management topics and branch roles and responsibilities to determine source content detail
  • Initiates opportunities to update source content and other resources based on topical expertise, in partnership and support of Strategist
  • Conveys complex information in a tailored, simple to understand manner that can be easily applied by a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrates sound judgement and critical thinking ability to appropriately identify and emphasize key points within source content in a visually appealing manner
  • Partners with key stakeholders (legal, compliance, etc) on gaining approval for new or updated content

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $59886
Hiring Maximum: $98752

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses
  • Please note: it is required to obtain licenses w/in at least 12 months

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
