To fuel our expansion and drive market success, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic global Pricing Manager.

This is a critical role with high visibility across the company and high impact on the business. You will create and execute global pricing and packaging strategies. You will understand key needs, perceptions and value drivers of EcoVadis prospects and customers, create pricing and packaging to meet needs, and work to execute across internal teams including executives, strategy, RevOps, methodology, product management, sales, sales enablement, customer support, marketing and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop global pricing strategy, from analysis to launch:

  • Develop and execute the pricing strategy to maximize both short-term and long-term objectives. Including:
  • Track market trends (customer buying patterns, changing market conditions, leading macroeconomic indicators, competitive pricing, inflation) to inform approaches;
  • Work across internal teams to identify pricing needs and feedback;
  • Analyze growth and profitability metrics, and identify opportunities to improve pricing at the solution-level, package-level, feature-level and geography-level;
  • Work with Market Research to run market research to identify customer and prospect needs, gaps, pain points and perceptions in the area of pricing;
  • Share pricing insights on an ongoing basis and as needed with internal teams like executive leadership, strategy, product management, frontline, RevOps, and across marketing.

Test, launch, monitor and adjust pricing approaches:

  • Manage internal project teams across RevOps, Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Tech teams, Marketing and Product teams to deliver, test and launch approaches;
  • Provide recommendations on discount levels (across solutions, features, packages);
  • Build pricing documentation and objection-handling enablement for frontline teams;
  • Contribute to business plans, helping to set and monitor targets, revenue and profitability;
  • Analyze the ongoing impact of pricing changes (financial and other impact).

Since we’re a rapidly-growing business, you may contribute to other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or masters degree in business, economics, science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years relevant business experience in pricing, revenue optimization, finance or strategy in the B2B Tech or SaaS industries (highly preferred).
  • Experience analyzing, defining, recommending, testing and executing pricing and packaging strategies for a B2B SaaS company with a multi-product / solution portfolio.
  • Solid knowledge of pricing and packaging approaches and strategies, and can recommend the right approach to achieve different goals.
  • Solid experience in experimentation and piloting to test approaches.
  • Strong financial acumen and quantitative skills: data analysis, scenario and decision modeling, performance tracking using metrics and KPIs.
  • Commercial mindset - a focus on driving business growth and profitability by understanding customer needs, value drivers, and solutions.
  • Excellent skills distilling complex models into key insights and clear and actionable outputs and recommendations.
  • Comfortable creating and running multiple cross-functional projects from concept to actionable output. Solid experience giving clear guidance and effective communications with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid project management experience in a cross-functional environment. Highly collaborative (culturally sensitive, great listening, interaction, adaptability, stakeholder management).
  • Strategic thinking, and ability to effectively bring concepts to execution.
  • A self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail, drive for quality, and ability to deliver results quickly.
  • English fluency required, other languages a plus.
