Job Description
The background of the problem
EcoVadis product evolution, emerging customer expectations, SaaS pricing trends, and new regulatory frameworks such as CS3D require an adjusted pricing and packaging approach for its solutions that helps EcoVadis capture maximum value, maintain competitiveness, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
The problem statement
EcoVadis aims to drive sustainable growth and a competitive edge by assessing and adjusting EcoVadis’ pricing model to align with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
The project involves:
- Competitive Benchmarking: Evaluate pricing models across competitors and SaaS to understand market positioning.
- Regulatory Impact Assessment: Determine how compliance requirements influence pricing strategies.
- Strategic Review: Develop data-driven recommendations for evolving EcoVadis’ pricing model.
- Market Research: Test models with prospective customers across the top 5 key geographic markets globally.
The expected outcomes of the project
- A set of data-driven, robust, shareable outputs and key insights from the competitive benchmarking and market testing.
- A set of market-tested revised Pricing and Packaging models (tested both in market research and live customer tests).
- A market launch of the evolved Pricing and Packaging models to prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
- 4-year university degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Procurement, or related field preferred
- Experience working in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, or B2B Procurement would be a plus
- Computer proficiency (e.g. Google Suite, MS Office, Salesforce)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting
- Good time management with strong organizational skills
- Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Ability to work well in an international team environment in a fast growing business.
