What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent across the APAC region. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, enhance the candidate experience, and support Eaton's strategic hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, Boolean search, Eightfold, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain and update talent pipelines and databases for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end intern hiring processes.
  • Contribute to market intelligence efforts, including talent mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Support recruitment operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing talent in APAC markets.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Eightfold, Success Factor etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Adaptable and culturally aware, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
