Strategic Accounts Coordinator
Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is current seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will be remote from a home office with preference to candidates in the East Coast or Central Time Zones.
The Strategic Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations of strategic accounts within the organization. This customer-facing position involves coordinating and scheduling projects, ensuring that all customer site requirements are met, and facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams. The role requires close collaboration with the field service team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,250 - $122,100 a year.

What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment customer contractual goals are aligned.
- Oversee and maintain contractual schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the field service team and other departments to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Ensure all customer site requirements are understood and met, including compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders with risks, and issues. Develop key relationships with key accounts and identify complex projects and customer requests
- Address any field quality issues promptly and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Attend customer meetings and contribute to planning and decision-making processes.
- Review purchase orders, define billing forecast, an collaborate with credit to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, authorized service shops, other service organizations, and product business units to assure customer satisfaction.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of four (4) years of project coordinating or project management experience managing external customer projects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing external customer projects
- East Coast or Central Time Zone preferred
Position Success Criteria:
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of demonstrating teamwork, time management, customer service skills, and ability to multi-task in an interrupt-based environment
- Ability to apply project management methodologies and strategies to reduce potential project risk through the duration of the project lifecycle.
- Consistent demonstration of planning, leading and communication of results
- Strong collaborative skills; ability to successfully work in a matrix environment #LI-LR1
