A key member of the FP&A team, this role reports directly to the Oracle Planning - Global Project Leader. This role is responsible for supporting the Global Implementation of Oracle Planning at the regional level (US), with the objective tied to the roll out the new planning application (Oracle Planning) in three releases.

Release 1: Pilot ES EMEA and Corporate, in its final phase of implementation, which went live in 2023.
Release 2: Rest of Electrical, Industrial and Encore Replacement, scheduled for go-live in mid-2025.
Release 3: Significant enhancements in forecasting, management reporting and allocations, long term strategic planning, Master Data Management, global roll-out scheduled for mid-2026.

This role will be responsible for supporting the deployment of Oracle Planning across the enterprise, replacing existing Longview Applications, and serving as the new global management reporting tool. The role will involve coordinating with various sectors, ensuring data validation, design validation, functional testing, user-acceptance-testing, training, and overseeing the go-live phase. This initiative is of strategic importance as it will enable the company to establish the future state FP&A Operating Model and equip teams with better tools, processes, and technologies.

What you'll do:

• Support the global implementation Oracle Planning application at a regional level (US). This is a significant transformation initiative that will reposition.
• Eaton's FP&A across business units and enable it to deliver forward-looking insights and rigorous analytical support to business partners.
• Collaborate with business segments to ensure smooth implementation across different business. Develop strong cross-functional relationships across business units in order to secure insights and drive process and technology changes towards global standards. Influence without authority in a cross-functional, matrixed setting.
• Collaborate with process owners and with IT Functional leads to evaluate solutions cross-functional impact, ensures integration and adherence to best practices.
• Support global change management resources and activities.
• Drive organizational alignment, promotes process and system adoption, and escalates risks.
• Support execution of the communication and training plan. Ensure effective training and support are provided to all users for a successful transition to the new system.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum ten(10) years of experience in accounting, finance and/or finance systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must currently reside in the United States and work out of a U.S Eaton or U.S remote location.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree.
• In-depth understanding of financial planning and analysis processes and how technology enables these functions.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and complex timelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in change management and organizational culture transformation.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value through technology.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
