Sales Engineer
based ideally in the regions of Plovdiv or Burgas
What you'll do:
- Lead large projects in assigned product categories
- Develop a 1-3 year sustainable pipeline focused on revenue targets
- Analyze market, competitors, and customer needs
- Review project documentation and design technical proposals and pricing
- Identify business opportunities within targeted segments
- Build strong partner relationships for long-term business prospects
- Meet customer requirements and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, installers, and investors
- Specify commercial and technical project requirements
- Support team efforts and enable cross-organizational business development
Qualifications and skills:
- Technical University Degree, preferably in Electrotechnical Engineering
- Native proficiency in Bulgarian and fluent in Business English
- 1+ years of sales experience in the electrical sector, primarily in B2B
- 1+ years of experience with low and medium voltage products
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic experience with AUTOCAD or similar tools (preferred)
- Customer orientation and results-driven mindset
- Strategic thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Organizational abilities and effective negotiation and presentation skills
