For our sales organization in Bulgaria we are looking for a

Sales Engineer

based ideally in the regions of Plovdiv or Burgas

What you'll do:

• Lead large projects in assigned product categories
• Develop a 1-3 year sustainable pipeline focused on revenue targets
• Analyze market, competitors, and customer needs
• Review project documentation and design technical proposals and pricing
• Identify business opportunities within targeted segments
• Build strong partner relationships for long-term business prospects
• Meet customer requirements and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, installers, and investors
• Specify commercial and technical project requirements
• Support team efforts and enable cross-organizational business development

• Technical University Degree, preferably in Electrotechnical Engineering
• Native proficiency in Bulgarian and fluent in Business English
• 1+ years of sales experience in the electrical sector, primarily in B2B
• 1+ years of experience with low and medium voltage products
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic experience with AUTOCAD or similar tools (preferred)
• Customer orientation and results-driven mindset
• Strategic thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Organizational abilities and effective negotiation and presentation skills
