As a Regional C&B Manager you will provide strategic advice and operational leadership in the design, development and implementation of Total Reward Programs and Policies across EMEA by ensuring alignment with the business objectives and Global C&B Policies. The position is responsible for making sure the company's benefits programs for the assigned country clusters (WE and CEE/MEA) are competitive in the market place and compliant with the local regulations as well as management of the clusters Compensation processes and programs. The position provides guidance and support to HR stakeholders, including HR Leaders in the region, and Management of benefit and compensation topics in line with the Eaton Business System framework and pay for performance culture.
