Quality Analyst
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Quality Analyst.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The Quality Analyst provides daily and weekly analysis of quality yield data and provides trend analysis to identify key issues. Provides technical support for all of production via first article first piece inspection and Bill of Material reviews. Provides support to Quality technicians on an as needed basis. Chairs the Material Review Board and disposition non-conforming material. Is responsible for inspection, analysis and resolution of RMA products. Maintains calibration of all calibrated equipment.
In this function you will:
• Perform process analysis and provides daily and weekly updates on process yields defects
• Perform First Piece and First Article inspections per drawings and work orders etc
• Maintain company calibration program recalls, etc.
• Receive RMAs, determine the root cause of the customer defect, document RMA in Unipoint including repairs necessary to satisfy customer
• Chair the Material Review Board and dispositions non-conforming material
• Support Quality Technicians via training, technical support or perform inspections as required
• Present to managers status of improvement projects and activities
• Support the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System
• Assist operating units with development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to improve overall ISO compliance and quality results
• Compile & writes training material and conducts training sessions on improvement tools & methodologies.
• Create or modifies procedures, work instructions, quality alerts
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Associate Degree (or higher) in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution OR High school diploma/Ged and 5 years combined experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality role

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Ability to read schematics
- 1 year of experience in Gage, Dimensioning, and Tolerance (GDT)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tools (e.g., digital inspection systems, data analytics platforms, IoT-enabled quality monitoring
- Knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
