What you'll do:
- Planning to UX, UMC, Component production planning
- Follow production shortages and analyze root cause.
- Join daily, weekly Tier and the other meetings.
- Working the best production plan for reduce the lead time.
- Align with the material supplier plan.
- Manage the forecast on SAP (Materials, semi-finished good and finish good level)
- Work about cost out and localization projects.
- Align with the monthly and yearly target.
- Join weekly RCCP review workshops.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- 2-3 years' experience in similar position.
Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP programs, technical drawing knowledge, analysis and reporting knowledge.
- Negotiation skill, problem solving, analytical skills.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills of English.
