Product Line Manager -SSCB
What you'll do:
The primary function of the job is to manage the full lifecycle of SSCB products , driving end - to - end development from planning to mass production; as well as to formulate strategies, coordinate cross - functional teams, and optimize commercialization to achieve product competitiveness and market growth targets.
1. Manage the full lifecycle of SSCB products, from planning features to mass production. Lead development, set roadmaps, and balance tech, market, and cost to boost competitiveness.
2. Gather market and user needs, track industry trends. Research applications, define core functions, and update product docs.
3. Coordinate teams, drive electrical design. Ensure products meet safety standards and performance goals, and comply with regulations.
4. Drive commercialization, set pricing, support sales. Explore new models like PV - storage - charging integration and VPPs, and foster ecosystem partnerships.
5. Optimize products using market feedback. Lead iterations, cost cuts, and track global standards to plan for future techs like high - voltage platforms and liquid - cooled charging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to power electronics, new energy, automation, or other relevant engineering fields.
At least 3 years of experience in product management within the new energy products or related industries.
Skills:
Familiarity with SSCB
Excellent cross - departmental coordination and project management abilities to drive product development and implementation.
