What you'll do:

Golf Pride is a world leader in golf grips. Golf Pride develops and manufactures golf grips for Retail and OEM customers. To stay competitive in challenging business environment, the impactable operation is a critical element. As a member of the site leadership team, the primary responsibility of the person in this position is leading production planning in Golf Pride Taiwan plant to ensure the achievement of the site's on time delivery, inventory and financial results, supporting the corporate / division SIOP strategies, initiatives and goals.
"1. Responsible for Planning team, including material and production planning.
2. In charge of the master planning & production scheduling per the rolling forecast and customer orders. Lead the monthly production plan according to demand, inventory, finance target.

3. In charge of DOH (inventory), OTD (promised ship date), OTTR (customer request date), and production Leadtime improvement by production leveling & WIP reduction.
4. Work with procurement team to manage the subcontractors assessments to ensure subcontractors are meeting quality and delivery expectations.
5. Responsible for people development of planning team, to enhance the team materials competencies.
6. Participate Global SIOP meeting to go over annual capacity vs. demand with necessary actions to well connect with Global SIOP team as "One Golf Pride", and work with plant team to seek any opportunities to achieve division strategic goals.
7. Continued driving production planning by VSM & MMA tool for SCM function excellence to achieve operation excellence.
8. Implement and execute other assignments by Supply Chain Manager to support the continue improvement projects initialed from plant key operation factors."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business.
"- 5 years' experience in a manufacturing/Plant environment.
- 3 years' management experience in a manufacturing environment with managerial scope exceed 4-5 people above.

- Master's degree with Engineering background.
- More than 8 years managerial experience of manufacturing with 2 layers managerial experience with managerial scope exceed 5-8 people above.

Skills:

- Experience in Subcontractor management.
- Experience in SIOP process.
- Demonstrated English language capability and fluency is required.
CPIM certification (better have)

- Fluent English ability is required
- Strong leadership skills, fast respond, good sense of urgency and business acumen logical
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and self-starter & self driven
- Great collobraction with cross function team to drive result
- Advanced excel skill and good system/digital mindset
