Eaton's corporate Information Technology team is seeking a Palantir Project Lead to support global manufacturing. This position can be based remotely within the United States. Relocation assistance is not available. 10-20% travel is expected.

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for leading cutting-edge manufacturing projects and building the digital thread across manufacturing with Palantir's powerful Warp Speed technology. As the Palantir Manufacturing Project Lead, you will oversee all Palantir manufacturing initiatives, with responsibility for managing the vision and roadmap, ensuring progress towards key milestones, communication to stakeholders, and resolving roadblocks for the team. This dynamic role will ensure teams embrace Agile practices and Scrum framework values, boosting efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
• Shape the vision and roadmap for building the manufacturing digital thread, driving innovation and technological advancements across Eaton.
• Elevate team performance to deliver cutting-edge capabilities for manufacturing stakeholders, ensuring key milestones are met with excellence.
• Leverage Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver transformative solutions.
• Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve impediments swiftly and escalate when necessary, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies
• Create a safe and trusting environment for the team to raise and resolve issues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Manage resource allocation to ensure projects meet deliverables and drive impactful results.
• Communicate risks, status, and updates to business stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Enhance the Agile maturity of the team continuously, driving growth and development.
• Oversee cost tracking for scrum projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications:
Basic requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience
• Project Manager or Project leader experience focusing on highly complex digital manufacturing technologies
• Experience within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience within a matrixed, multinational manufacturing company
• Experience working with Palantir technology a plus
• Demonstrated experience with change management and implementation of new technologies within a complex organization
Skills:
• Expert level experience deploying solutions to manufacturing environments and working with manufacturing systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Operational Technology (OT), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Expert understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes
• Deep/Comprehensive experience leading the development of software solutions in an Agile environment
• Strong familiarity with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Patience and empathy working with mentees and people new to Agile
• Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding
• Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
