Eaton's Power Components Division is currently seeking an Operations Manager. This is an on-site position based at our Beaver, PA facility. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for manufacturing operations (fabrication and assemblies) at the Beaver site and two Service Centers in WV and IN. The position is accountable for driving operational excellence, achieving financial and strategic goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations at the Beaver site and two service centers to meet or exceed annual profit plans and monthly forecasts.
- Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Inventory metrics by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Champion a Zero Incident Safety culture and lead assigned EHS initiatives.
- Foster an engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and involvement.
- Partner with Operational Excellence to improve productivity and cost structure through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize and advance EBS processes to enhance operational maturity.
- Adapt resources and costs in response to production demand changes.
- Manage the operations budget effectively.
- Support the site's progression toward Eaton model site status by advancing OpA maturity.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, operations, continuous improvement and/or engineering
- Experience in direct or functional management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role
- Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement
- Experience in electrical assembly manufacturing
- Experience in ISO certified manufacturing assembly environment
- Experience with budgeting, capital equipment analysis, cost accounting, and project cost analysis
Skills:
- Working knowledge of manufacturing procedures/practices including Industrial Engineering principles, production planning and Lean/Six Sigma
- Proficient in driving Quality Control and Inventory Control
- Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customers
- Proven Leadership skills - capable of leading change initiatives and drive a high performance culture
