About the role:

We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our global Marketing Operations team. This role supports our North America, Latin America, and EMEA Marketing teams by executing marketing campaigns and managing related processes. You’ll help craft mulit-channel marketing campaigns and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth campaign execution based on defined procedures. Your focus will be on effectively utilizing our marketing tools and contributing to team goals.

This position plays an important part in supporting our marketing campaigns through diligent execution, process adherence, and a continuous improvement mindset. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, with foundational experience in email marketing and automation.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Canada. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and implementation of efficient campaign intake, workflows, and processes.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Iterable) integrated with CRM (Salesforce) and data platforms (Hightouch, DBX), following defined practices to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members across Marketing to understand and execute campaign goals.
  • Build, test, and launch marketing campaigns spanning channels (e.g., email, webinar, landing pages, etc.) and tech (Marketo, Zoom, Contentful, Iterable, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns (e.g., thought leadership, customer lifecycle, ABM) are accurately set up in marketing automation tools to meet objectives.
  • Work with global peers to ensure content accuracy, localization, and quality assurance for campaign assets.
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics such as conversion rates and click-through rates, identifying areas for improvement within your owned processes.
  • Support A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Apply marketing technology knowledge and follow best practices to support marketing objectives.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign operations, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech.
  • Experience executing campaigns in Marketo or similar marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), including audience segmentation, program build, and QA workflows.
  • Familiarity with executing campaigns across different regions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and data privacy best practices.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance metrics; familiarity with A/B testing and personalization concepts.
  • Interest in leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize based on guidance and defined procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with team members.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Marketo or Iterable certification (Foundations level).
  • Experience using Salesforce, Hightouch, Leandata, Zoom, Contentful, ON24, 6sense, or Splash.
  • Eagerness to leverage AI to unlock new opportunities and efficiency.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$71,400$92,400 CAD
