What you'll do:
Program duration: Three years
Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in operations area meaning it is a role in manufacturing or in supply chain organization, and one assignment is in a commercial area which will help you to gain experience in sales organization.
Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
The program begins in September 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey, where you will join the EMEA Customer Projects Operations Team. As a Customer Projects Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the organization, optimizing operational processes, and designing efficient workflows related to project quality coordination and management. This will include supporting the implementation of the Projects Quality Management System, defining Project Management standard work, and tracking the Cost of Non-Conformance.
Qualifications:
Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, industrial engineering) by August 2025. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
Skills:
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
