What you'll do:
Complete NDT testing of composite assembles using UT techniques, testing manufactured products to ensure they fully meet customer aceptance criteria.
- Carry out ultrasonic testing technicques on composite assemblies and sub-assemblies at both final and stage inspections.
- Maintain test records and analysis results to ensure traceabilty requirements and to demonstrate proficiency.
- Ensure at all times that the test equipment and test procedures are used within the agreed safety procedures/guidelines.
- Support the wider Quality and Operations functions, promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Support and maintain required calibration and audit schedules.
Qualifications:
- Certification to EN4179 Level 2 in Ultrasonic testing
- 5 Years Experience in Field
