Marketing Commercialization & Creative Lead

Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is currently seeking a Marketing Commercialization & Creative Lead. This role can be based at our Syracuse, NY or Moon Township, PA locations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you'll do:

The Marketing Commercialization and Creative Lead role requires a creative and analytical mindset, and the ability collaborates cross-functionally while thriving in a fluid, fast paced environment with tight timelines and budgets. The right candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to lead multiple projects. This role will report to the North American Marketing Communications Manager for Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) which includes the Crouse-Hinds series and B-Line series solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Commercialization Projects. Utilize Marketing Planning Documents to develop a compelling marketing plan for pre-launch, launch and post-launch communications for new products and core solution initiatives.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously managing demands and changes. Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders, assign actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Communicate project metrics to cross-functional team members.
  • Manage and organize a marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships for outside project support as needed.
  • Create and tailor content to effectively communicate value and features using Eaton's brand voice and identity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and information for content creation. Develop compelling value proposition and technical content to help owners web pages, educational videos, newsletters, social media, brochures, catalogs, etc.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements.
  • Develop assets aligned with Eaton brand objectives, guidelines, templates and standards.
  • Create new and/or refresh existing brochures, catalogs, instructions, advertisements, signage, videos, photography, social media, 3D renderings using Adobe Creative Suite or other Eaton approved software and equipment.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in creative project management, graphic design, digital design, social, and creative development space. Portfolio to be requested.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in PC based Adobe's Creative Suite including In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Acrobat DC/Pro.
  • Minimum two (2) years Microsoft 365 experience including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OneNote.
  • Minimum two (2) years photography or videography script writing, production and editing experience.
  • Must be able to work legally in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or within the future.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Syracuse, NY or Moon Township, PA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Art Direction, Communications and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or creative leadership within a technical and/or manufacturing environments.
  • 3D image creation and/or rendering experience.
  • Intermediate verbal and written French
  • Intermediate verbal and written Spanish

  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and self-manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, including technical writing.
