We are looking forward to a Logistics Specialist in Eaton's Electrical GEIS business, based in Tokyo, Japan. What you'll do:
- Act as the logistics coordinator to import goods from a factory and to adjust inland domestic delivery to a customer on-time. Manage in-out of inventory, support sales and evaluate customer request & handle order (SAP), return repair to export to investigate root cause analysis at factory.
- Handle correctly cycle of order to factory >> receive goods >> manage inventory counting >> delivery to customer on -time.
- Order entry through SAP system and manage a first date to be invoicing.
- Adjust customer preferred delivery time. Communicate with overseas location to seek stock availability to switch to Japan in case of early delivery demand.
- Coordinate with sales/CSR for customer demands for delivery time.
- Report expected delivery time to customers.
- Handle sales record each month and future forecasting. Support sales manager for any sales data needed.
- Pasting broken seal and packing goods when needed.
- Physical inventory control and disposal check per year.
- Address for internal audit.
- Back up in the absence of the CSR and accounting peers. (Emergency case)
- Payment voucher for express usage.
- Functionally manage to temp staff for shipping coordinator (2-3 days per week)
Qualifications:
- Above College's degree.
- More than 5 years' experience in logistics or customer service.
- More than 3 years' experience in using SAP for order processing or at least 3 years with any other similar ERP system. Curios with technical of product and willing to touch it for knowledge accumulation. Excellent communication skill to liaise with internal and global peers & customers. Fluent English (written and spoken) PC, fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI tool.
- Well make diversity, flexibility, dignity and teamwork, is suiting to Eaton model. Knowing how to fish without over-reliance on manuals.
