What you'll do:
- Logistics Operations Support (APAC):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage logistics operations for BU's shipments in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
- Ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.
- Global Consolidation (China Outbound):

- Oversee EATON's global consolidation operations for outbound shipments from China.
- Optimize consolidation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the Premium Freight Compliance Program in APAC.
- Ensure adherence to premium freight guidelines and cost-effective shipping methods.
- Conduct freight billing audits for APAC logistic suppliers.
- Verify accuracy and compliance with billing procedures.
- Collaborate with key suppliers to strengthen strategy cooperation.
- Enhance SRM practices and data management to drive strong KPI performance.
- Work closely with APAC Business Units (BU) and Business Relationship Managers (BRM) to improve program management and operational efficiency.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or International Trade.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
- Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, and writing).
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with digital tool experience preferred.
