What you'll do:
Job Summary
Provide primary medical assistance to employees and coordinate their health services. Evalute employee physical conditions. Assist Human Resources Department on occupational health and safety program.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide first aids to employees during working hours due to occupational illness or accidents.
2. contact a doctor in case it is required for the patient's condition.
3. Assist the employee in case he needs to be hospitalized. Visit the employee and ensure he gets to a correct place and receives the required attention; gets to know the illness and observe and keep control of his health when he returns.
4. Support employees on treatments and prescribes medical indications.

5. Maintain an adequate medication reserve, bandages and other necessary articles and be aware of his rational and correct use.
6. Receive and revise pre-employment records. Make contact with doctors in case it is necessary. Follow doctor's recommendations for each particular case. 7. Prepare and maintain medical registry of individuals of employee's accident reports.
8. Assist Personnel Department on the interpretation of incapacity diagnostics with the finality of maintain control and avoid contamination in case of contaminating illness.
9. Be a member of the safety committe with the health.
10. Prepare group meetings with personnel related to health problems and bad habits
11. Maintain and be informed of contacts or institutions with the purpose to acquire mterial and/ or benefits for our employees (health, education, habits, ect.)
12. Coordinate and execute any special test for the personnel required by the Department of Health and follow up on positive results employees.
13. Coordinate and execute annual programs of vaccinations, parasites and Pap Smears.
14. Coordinate and execute health educational program for the employees.
15. lead the first aid committee of the company.
16. Keep registry and control of water analysis for a prevention method.
17. Follow up on occupational health programs, respiratory policy, hearing conservation and blood pathogens.
18. Serve as champion in the ergonomics Mesh category.
19. Follow up on pre- and post-employment studies.
20.Participate in accident investigation.
21. Coordinate the evaluation of jobs in relation to the employee's health.
22.Comprehensive care and monitoring of each pregnant woman in the company together with her doctor. #LI-DG2
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (Must)
Years and area of experience required
- Minimun Two years of experience as a nurse or occupational health
Technical knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficient, English knowledge is a plus
