The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr per hour. The core hours are 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What you'll do:
The Flow Coordinator will utilize and coordinate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maximize efficiency and productivity of workflow for the distribution center. The Flow Coordinator will also allocate resources in multiple picking zones to ensure timely completion and flow of the picking and packing processes.
In this function, you will:
• Oversee outbound picking operations by efficiently releasing work assignments.
• Provide regular performance and productivity updates to the Team Lead, Supervisor, and Operations Manager.
• Balance multiple competing priorities, including workflow management, tracking tool updates, and responding to team member inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain the operational flow of the distribution center, ensuring a balanced workload throughout the shift.
• Manage open orders using a FIFO (First In, First Out) approach within the WMS system to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• High school Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree, or higher, in a related field of study (i.e Business, Supply Chain)
• Prior experience managing open orders within Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
