Finance Plant Controller

What you'll do:

1) General Accounting and reporting; 2) Internal Control, Internal & External policy and regulation compliance; 3) Financial Planning and Analysis; 4) Business Partnering to support operational excellence
"1. Lead the month end closing process, forecast, profit plan, perform balance sheet and profit and loss statement reviews to ensure accounting and reporting accuracy;
2. Comply with PRC and US GAAP and prepare for the statutory and internal audits and ensure timely submission of the annual statutory reports;
3. Enhance internal controls; including SOX documentation, site approval matrix setup and lead the finance and site teams to prepare for internal audit, finance functional review;
4. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management for business analysis and decision making;
5. Finance transformation - Drive continuous productivity improvement of plant finance team via processes streamline and dashboard/RPA deployment;
6. Assist supply chain on working capital improvement - DOH, DPO, as well as H5 KPIs;
7. Provide a robust variance tracking and analysis on sales, MPV, MUV, direct costs and departmental expenses, provide support to all departments on the cost control, and help drive the cost reduction and productivity projects at site;
8. Manage hiring, training and development of financial talents, establish a work environment that encourage individual career development and growth in order to offer adequate and qualified professionals with opportunity for advancement.
