Program Overview:

The Eaton Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year program that involves two unique, 12-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in Engineering area. 1st assignment challenge is to:

  • Monitor Critical to quality (CTQ) factors before and after cost-out activities to proof potential improvements
  • Support testing process to create realistic quality picture
  • Drive input to value added value engineering (VAVE) team in case of quality degradation and support VAVE team in problem solving
  • This position will start in the Electrical sector, GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) division in UK, Luton
  • The program is planned to start beginning of September 2024.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within the engineering function.

Qualifications:

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (electric/lectronic engineering, power electronics, system engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2023
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (min 1 year max 3 years of experience)

Skills:

  • Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company
  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program
  • Ability to speak a second language
