What you'll do:

"1. OPA and ECIS system implement
2. CI culture promotion, employee suggestions follow up and close
3. Push CI projects, coordinate CI projects with various departments"
"1. Implementation and improvement of Eaton's ECIS and OPA systems
2. Promote and follow up projects such as VSM, RIE, SGA, etc., help solve important problems and save costs in the production process on-site
3. Undertake CI projects, apply CI tools such as 5S, TPM, BPS, etc. to promote on-site management and improvement
4. Promote lean culture
5. Other be assigned work"

Qualifications:

Bachelor
3 yeaars' CI and related work experience

Skills:

Lean, Sixsigma knowledge and Digital
English writen, good communication
