What you'll do:
Responsible for the operation and management of the Connected Learning Center (CLC)
"- Development of applications with various I4.0 technologies such as cobots, 3D printers, and AGVs
- Creation and implementation of training documents and programs for trainees and employees
- Regular training and education of trainees and employees
- Leading digital transformation initiatives in the plant
- Close collaboration with the training workshop, the automation department, and the I4.0 site manager"
Qualifications:
Technical education (secondary technical school or higher degree)
At least 5 years experience in project management
Skills:
"Excellent German & good English,
Good technical understanding
Very good MS-Office knowledge
Knowledge of new technologies and megatrends
In-depth understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies
