What you'll do:
A. Gather, study and analyse the tender documents and/or needs from customers with sales and FAE teams and confirm the configurations.
B. Gives optimization of technical proposals in terms of cost-effectiveness, reliability and applicability to bidding package.

C. Evaluates itemized costing as per projects requirements. Prepares costing analysis based on project offering scope including equipment, services and project implementation.
D. Analyse the special application from the customer, if different from standard products, provide customization solution considering cost-effectiveness, reliability and applicability. Provide relevant costing analysis. Coordinate the factory and PMO team for good delivery of ETO products.
E. Coordinate with various functions within organization and 3rd parties suppliers during preliminary, tender and delivery stage of projects.
F. Study the FAT needs from customers, communicate with sales and FAE teams and even the customer to agree on the testing proposal. Provide relevant costing analysis. Coordinate the factory and testing team for good delivery of FAT service. Support to facilitate FAT process, interpret the testing method and report to ensure good customer experience.
G. Give presentation of Eaton products & solutions to customers who visit factory.
H. Contract review.
I. Other temporary task or project assigned from management for organization goal achievement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of engineering or above.
Above 3 years experience (Bachelor Degree) or above 1 year experience (Master Degree) in power management industry.
Knowledge and understanding in electrical engineering/project management is desired.
Proficient on Microsoft Office.
Good cross-department communication and coordination skills.
Proficient English skill in reading and writing, fluent oral English preferred.
