What you'll do:

Responsible for developing the application of Eaton's Life safety solutions and products, providing technical
support, training, preparing technical documents and workshop participate. Proactive acting in engineering
companies and Eaton's products approval in end users in Brazil, always aligned with the organization's strategy
and cooperating and interacting with the sales and marketing team for Eaton's sales success.
A. Directs and support technically assigned Engineering companies and End User to have Approved Vendor
List on the assigned accounts.
B. Conducts the Eaton's products approval and solutions, meeting the demands originating from the sales
team, product team, and/or focus customers by presenting the portfolio, technical/resources characteristics of

the product and solutions and providing theoretical training, solving any technical doubts.
C. Schedules visits and proactively implements activities for the focus customer group, including technical
and portfolio presentations, technical demonstrations, seminars, educational and resource product materials,
as well as various technical lectures and training sessions, approving and supporting about Eaton products and
solutions for these customers.
D. Monitors project development through visits to engineering companies and end users to propose the
better solutions and applications technical.
E. Establishes and maintains a good long-term relationship with focus customers, understanding their current
and future needs and the project segment to propose adequate technical solutions, preparing documents and
technical tools, thus supporting these partners quickly and effectively.
F. Works closely with marketing, sales team, product line managers, to ensure strategies are tuned to
geographic customer, industry, and market needs.
G. Be accountable on the whole process and ensure a smooth hand-over for the sales team of each opportunity.
H. Market knowledge about the C&I segment (Hospitals / Hotels / Malls / Commercial Buildings)
I. Communicate company in a timely fashion and give proper reports on overall activities.
J. Visiting customers with the external sales team.

Qualifications:

Technical background in electrical, electronics or related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in electrical projects.

Desirable
Knowledge on projects and products of Fire Detection and Alarm, and emergency light.
English - Intermediate.
