What you'll do:
The Operational Excellence Analyst works in collaboration with manufacturing and functional areas to improve and streamline existing processes, ultimately improving safety, quality, and cost. This role delivers sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity by participating, supporting as a coach or leading improvement projects. Additionally, the role ensures that new processes contain and use continuous improvement methodologies (Lean and 6 sigma). The Operational Excellence Analyst may engage employees across all shifts and functional departments in the CI process and creates/ delivers appropriate LEAN/CI education to create and sustain a CI culture. The Operational Excellence Analyst supports strategic efforts and plans through local participation in key corporate improvement initiatives. This person will also support i4.0 fulfillment transformation efforts.

A - Utilizes Lean and 6 sigma methodologies and tools to actively participate in continuous improvement projects that impact safety, quality, efficiency, hourly cost and/or productivity.
B - Ensure lean and 6 sigma projects development acting as a technical coach to Yellow, Green and Black Belts, follow-up sistematicaly the implementation of those projects helping to remove obstacles to succeed
C - Lead/support i4.0 transformation efforts by participating and inputting into activities such as value stream and process mapping to optimize new and changed process and technologies
D - Lead/Support EBS pull cycle events such as site's Business Case by participating in efforts to deploy into projects site's key objectivies (KO)
E- Lead/Support the preparation of i4.0 and lean/CI trainings to employees as required. Look after LTE and LTL certifications and succesion plan.
F - Collect information and disclose in monthly reporting regarding metrics, performance, and progress of CI and i4.0 related iniciativies. Collect and conduct preliminary analysis in preparation for meeting with appropriate management. Represent site/department as needed at CI and i4.0 meetings and events.

Qualifications:
Mandatory:
• Bachelor's degree in progress with mandatory graduation in 2025 in Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related, preferably already graduated
• Experience in the field in Continuous Improvement activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 tools
• English - Able to communicate everyday in English conversations on Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 tools
• Experience with data analysis tools to create analytical reports and dashboards, preferably Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point and A.I
Desirable:
• Six sigma ou Lean Manufacturing certification
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal communication ability
• Be confortable with taking the lead
• Know how analyze the situation, collect relevant information and deal with conflicts
• Ability to come up with a well-thought-out, practical solution within a given time frame
