What you'll do:
- Expand the service market, achieve sales goals, and execute sales plans.
- Work in a team environment to achieve the division's targets.
- Actively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements, creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project.
- Market expansion of transformation business and customer maintenance.
- Visit customers as planned, develop new customers, and coordinate the company's design department to provide customized service solutions for customers.
- Service contract signing, implementation, project management, etc.
- Establishes long term customer relationships by understanding customer.
requirements and familiar with service products, demonstrate our customer/partners about the service products and solutions. - Promote the upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer.
- Develops new service sales opportunities based on the existing customer.
- Identify, and explore the potential new service market.
- Communicates contract details in accordance with Eaton offering and strategy.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree of majoring on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1~3 years of project management or 5 years sales support and/or engineering experience plus demonstrated leadership skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to travel.
- Customer service experience or sales support or engineering is advantageous.
