Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

The impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Enterprise Data Tribe, you will support the leadership team in establishing, maturing, and scaling enterprise scale data capabilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, have strong technical acumen and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks. Success in this role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. The Senior Analyst will be part of the Enterprise Data Tribe Product team and report directly to the Product Manager/Product Owner. In addition, the Enterprise Data Tribe Senior Analyst will work with business units to gather and refine functional analysis and documentation and conduct reviews to prioritize work for the development team. The work supports the Enterprise Data Tribe delivery roadmap which spans across the organization for delivery of data capabilities; this is a Business Analyst role.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes current state of data capability to define future state modernized or enhanced business processes
  • Refines and clearly documents scope of project deliverables (functional and non-functional)
  • Develops functional business requirements in collaboration with Product Management and Business Lines
  • Works with Application Development (AD) to further refine requirements that have been captured and ensures the story meets the definition of done
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization, business intelligence tools, API integration, cloud computing, as well as databases and SQL
  • Be able to operate successfully with a core technical team
  • Organizes business and functional requirements into Epic's and groomed stories and maintains the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner
  • Participates as a core member of one or more agile squads, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies, documenting user stories
  • Understands priority for delivery and can drive agreement with Business and Technology
  • Produces training materials (when necessary) and product documentation/slides to illustrate the value and scope of the delivery
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated business analysis skills with expertise in writing high-quality functional and non-functional requirements to support the creation of comprehensive business requirements
  • Experience working with data focused initiatives
  • Experience working in Agile environment and knowledge of the Jira
  • Ability to work collaboratively by building consensus and influencing decision making to foster forward progress with projects and initiatives
  • Excellent organizational skills, coupled with ability to be versatile and flexible
