Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Visual Media Designer to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, contributing to real-world projects. As a Visual Media Designer, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex technology concepts into clear, compelling visual stories. Through videos, animations, and graphics, you will help our customers better understand our products, making it easier for them to adopt and integrate our solutions into their own products.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end production of high-quality video content to support customer onboarding and product integration
  • Translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product managers, and technical writers
  • Edit and produce customer-cut videos tailored to specific use cases, products, or audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Design and develop supporting visual assets (including vector graphics and motion graphics)
  • Lead quality control efforts across all visual content to ensure precision, consistency, and visual excellence
  • Creating a video voice script based on received information
  • Stay current with emerging design, video, and AI tools and proactively introduce new techniques to improve our creative workflows and impact
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Professional-level experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and motion design in After Effects
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing
  • Advanced proficiency in vector graphics (for example Adobe Illustrator with a strong focus on creating SVGs)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to independently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with video production workflows, including codecs, file formats, rendering, and compression best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all visual outputs
  • Ability to interpret and incorporate feedback, with a strong iterative design process
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and an interest in emerging tools and trends in design, video, and creative technologies
Nice to have:
  • Professional-level experience in video editing using DaVinci Resolve
  • Interest in or exposure to AI-enhanced creative tools to improve efficiency and innovation in visual media
  • Passion for audio and video technology is a big plus
