- Conduct user research to deeply understand the workflows, pain points, and aspirations of UGC creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data teams to develop intuitive, powerful, and scalable tools (e.g., video editors, captioning tools, AR filters, templates).
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as creator adoption, retention, engagement, and content quality.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor tools, bringing innovative ideas and creator-focused best practices into the product strategy.
- Advocate for the creator voice across the organization and serve as the internal expert on creator needs and content workflows.
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on creator platforms, video editing tools, or social media products.
- Deep understanding of the UGC creator ecosystem, including platform dynamics, monetization models, and content trends.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Passion for empowering creators and a strong eye for content quality and design.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-enhanced content tools, mobile-first design, or community engagement features.
- Familiarity with short-form video creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, Instagram Reels).
- Technical literacy in APIs, video rendering, or media processing pipelines.
