Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Retail Wireless department of Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced Staff Marketing Investment Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data to inform marketing investment decisions, optimize campaign performance, and drive business growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and maintain marketing analytics capabilities, provide data-driven insights, and recommend marketing investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Analyze large datasets to measure marketing performance and track key metrics (CPO, CPGA, ROI, conversion rates).
- Develop forecasting models to project marketing spend, revenue impact, and ROI across channels.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Review and interpret marketing attribution models, ensuring accurate measurement of impact.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
- MBA or Masters degree is a plus but not required
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis,or financial analysis preferably within a marketing or advertising agency, consulting firm, or marketing department
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Preferred experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Helpful to have experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) and programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
