Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex, multi-tier product and service catalog entities following DISH standards and best practices.
- Create and present design documents for catalog configuration, including look and feel and configuration standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement new products, processes, and changes efficiently.
- Provide end-user support, analyze and test catalog integrations, and assist with upgrades and enhancements.
- Debug data configuration issues and supply business-requested catalog data insights.

Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4+ years of implementation experience in Product and Service catalog configuration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON/XML/XSLT/REST
Preferred Skills:
- Prior telecommunications knowledge
- Prior experience with the Hansen Catalog
- Basic AWS exposure
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
