• Contribute to the design, implementation or continual improvement of user awareness and training programs focused on cybersecurity
• Execute training assignments on internal systems for role-based, regulatory compliance (PCI, CPNI), and policy violation-based training programs. Monitor them for compliance / completion
• Develop detailed and summary reports for executive management and support teams
• Drive awareness campaigns related to Phishing, Ransomware, conduct Information Security events
• Drive phishing simulation campaigns and follow through with remediation efforts
• Develop metrics that accurately portray the status of the cybersecurity awareness and training program and regularly communicate them to leadership
• Use public, generic industry resources where applicable, for implementing awareness and training programs based on current trends
• Interact with vendors for continuous updates on awareness and training content, manage any support tickets and overall contract
• Design and drive the National Cybersecurity awareness program(NCSAM)

• Good working knowledge of information security concepts and controls
• Working knowledge of awareness and training tools, phishing simulation techniques and analytics / reporting tools
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work within deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, design project plans, and provide project updates
• Works well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project
• Be a self-starter, ability to work independently with little direction and/or supervision
• Superior communication skills with the ability to ask questions, escalate roadblocks early, and interact effectively at multiple levels in the organization
• Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of IT Staff located in multiple sites, including proven effectiveness working with global teams
• Ability to work with vendor / partners for management of phishing simulation and learning management tools

• 5 plus years experience in IT with minimum 3 years in Information Security
• Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance functions including Training and Awareness
• Excellent skills in using office productivity software including creating presentations, developing spreadsheet reports (pivot tables, macros)
• Any Security certifications is plus
• Experience in leading projects
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
