Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to help manage DISH's direct mail marketing program. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to deliver integrated and aligned marketing plans that effectively grow the business, create brand awareness, and drive customer activations through DISH's most established marketing program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end campaign management including strategy, test designs, execution, and campaign measurement
  • Help direct creative development and ensure program timelines and tasks are met
  • Develop and present reports that highlight new learnings and identify opportunities to improve the program
  • Strategize innovative marketing campaigns to target new audiences
  • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to manage budgets for all spending tactics used in key programs
  • Provide recommendations rooted in competitive and financial analysis to shape future initiatives
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Three or more years of relevant marketing experience in campaign strategy, test design, results analysis, and/or program management


Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience implementing a variety of marketing tactics with a significant focus on direct mail and database marketing
  • Solid understanding of metrics within a large data environment
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
