The Role

Amperity's Demand Generation team is searching for a Sr Marketing Operations Manager who can drive operational efficiency in our marketing automation tools and analytics. This hands-on individual contributor will be responsible for maintaining the systems, processes, and data that supports all of Amperity's marketing programs. You will report to our Demand Generation, Marketing Operations Manager.

Interesting Problems

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Marketo campaigns, reporting, and database operations
  • Ensure accuracy of key system processes including lead scoring, lead routing, privacy compliance, utm tracking, and data syncs between sales and marketing technologies.
  • Drive strategy and execution of lead lifecycle reporting and Martech system improvements
  • Build and manage reporting and dashboards on marketing campaign performance and pipeline attribution and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Scale campaign operations to maximize output while maintaining data integrity across marketing tech stack
  • Build, automate, and align reporting on multi-channel campaigns (email, event, webinar, direct mail, social, ads, ABM, etc.) across various tools.
  • Create process and reporting to increase campaign output and deliver cross-functional support within defined SLAs
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Campaign Managers, Field Marketing, and other stakeholders to maintain and evolve the team's Marketing tools and technologies

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Management
  • 2+ years on a B2B SAAS Marketing team
  • Advanced Marketo and Salesforce skills (or admin-level experience in similar tools)
  • Experience with B2B marketing technologies (Drift, 6Sense, Bizible, Outreach, GoToWebinar, etc.)
  • Data driven with experience delivering B2B marketing reporting (Tableau experience a plus!)
  • Proven success at optimizing systems and processes
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Hands-on, creative problem solver who's not afraid of ambiguity

Remote Available

Amperity has headquarters in Seattle and NYC. We are also currently hiring in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX (Subject to change).


Base Salary: $97,000-$146,000. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. The upper portion of our salary ranges are typically reserved for existing employees who have consistently demonstrated top performance over time

Other Cash Incentives: For many of our positions, other cash incentives are also available.
