Job Description:
Provides risk management leadership related to key Business Risk Management and Payment Services initiatives. Perform key responsibilities such as developing project plans, project management, risk analysis and monitoring, prioritization, internal and external reporting, and management updates. Work cross functionally with business partners to execute key risk management initiatives.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage both high level and detailed project plans. Assess risks to plans and develop strategies to mitigate risk. Execute and track projects and manage initiatives to achieve overall goals and objectives.
- Lead risk management discussions and effective collaboration with business line management, subject matter experts, and external parties.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to inform various constituencies on the status of assigned projects
- Advises and coaches team members. Provide quality control review of information provided by team members.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience as Project Management, Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Accountant, Law, Risk or related
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience as Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, Accountant, Law, Risk or related
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or equivalent

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
