What about the role?

We're looking for a Senior Production Specialist in Bilecik Plant.

The role reports to Senior Plant Manager.

This role leads distillation and maturation processes, ensuring production continuity, compliance with food safety and quality standards, and fostering a proactive safety culture within the team.

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing?

Lead distillation and maturation processes to ensure business continuity.

Actively give to the development of a food safety, quality, and behaviour-based occupational health and safety culture; promote safe behaviour practices and serve as a role model on the production floor.

Maintain a production environment that is always ready for internal and external audits by ensuring continuous compliance with documentation standards, hygiene, sanitation, and process control criteria.

Efficiently handle bulk product inventories in line with bottled production plans; supervise product status and work in coordination with quality control teams.

Monitor maintenance plans to ensure equipment efficiency and operational continuity; participate in root cause analyses with technical teams and develop permanent solutions to recurring issues.

Direct operators in line with daily production targets; encourage knowledge sharing, identify training needs, and support team development. Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics teams to ensure goal alignment and execution.

Play an active role in investment and technical improvement projects; provide technical support during the commissioning of new equipment, modernization efforts, and capacity expansion activities.

Experience / skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sector
• Acknowledge of Production/ Plants dynamics in FMCG sector
• Good command of English
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications
• Result oriented,
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Creative and effective presentation skills
• High resilience, agility and collaboration.
