Senior National Sales Manager - Key Account

To keep Diageo's momentum on joint commercial& category success with customers, we're calling for National Key Accounts leader with successful track records developing effective rut to market and sale execution at retail level.

About the Role

This role represents Diageo Taiwan to network with Diageo global key account development strategies and international customer development.

With the privilege leading a mature team, this role also requires talent savvy to spot and nurture account managers and field sales to triumph the shopper and category competition.

You will be responsible for:

  • Deliver the commercial target by building effective trade structure with customers, deploying effective prometon budget to integrate business development plan and accurate sales& distribution execution.
  • Control the price turbulence at retail level through plan quality outlet coverage, effective distribution, sales visit; customer demand and product assortment understanding; brand activity enrolment.
  • Seek to nurture and invest in talent, and increase the sales drivers through joint visit, and as role model to demonstrate negotiation of terms, calling steps. Identify tools to support the executions.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer marketing and field sales team, with the developing talent and capability building mentality in core.
  • Plan, control the execution & quality of "measuring and tracking" of individual Account's objective, KPI.
  • As champion of Key Account channel to develop insight for Trade Strategy input.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong track record as commercial leader in consumer product, cross-function experience and luxury exposure are appreciated.
  • Masterful skills at identifying the opportunity and negotiation skills to navigate the alignment. Data analytical skills are appreciated.
  • An Energetic character and nurturing leader, who is self-motivated and can inspire/coach the team to achieve beyond.
  • A dedicated and resilient individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.
  • Bilingual (CN&EN) proficiency is must.
