Purpose of Role
Role is responsible for processing, analyzing, and deliver the data sets to the Commercial Planning Processes Manager and the Channel Performance team that enable the company to make timely, impactful, and efficient decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments, mainly D&T teams, to understand the data sources, developing data mining process and crafting comprehensive reports and data foundations to have a single source of truth. The Analytics Lead is responsible for interprets data to provide actionable data processes that enable the company to make timely and impactful decisions.

Financial Accountability
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management:
- Gather large volumes of data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across all platforms.
- Data Mining & Analysis:
- Apply advanced data mining techniques to analyze complex datasets.
- Identify trends, patterns or correlations within datasets that support business objectives.
- Reporting & Visualization:
- Develop regular reports/dashboards highlighting critical metrics discovered through data mining.
- Present actionable insights derived from analysis clearly to key partners.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams understanding their analytical needs.
- Provide tailored analytical support based on department-specific requirements.
- Critical metrics Development:
- Define relevant key performance indicators aligned with business strategies.
- Consistently track critical metrics efficiency accurately throughout initiatives undertaken.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Find opportunities improving processes involved in data collection/analysis stages continuously enhancing decision-making capabilities overall.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Proactively diagnose issues proposing effective solutions promptly when needed
- Collaborate closely commercial and technical teams acting as key partner providing necessary analytical support
- Display strong leadership skills engaging empowering team members encouraging collaborative work environment
- Make concise decisions based thorough analysis quickly when required
- Stay curious about external benchmarks/trends impacting analytics practices ensuring continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Studies in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency English/ Spanish (90%)
- Confirmed experience as data scientist or analytics roles
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAS, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills and strong organizational skills.
