What will your role be?
As the Packaging Line Coordinator on the Afternoon Shift (2 PM-10 PM, Monday to Friday), you'll take charge of production during your shift. You'll be responsible for leading a team of operators, managing safety and quality, optimising output, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at our Huntingwood site.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role with a focus on performance, standards, and people.
What does the role look like for you?
- Lead the afternoon shift team to meet production targets (OTIFNE - On Time, In Full, No Errors)
- Manage line changeovers, operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (HACCP, ISO)
- Coach and develop team members to support multi-skilling and capability uplift
- Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and process enhancements
- Support materials planning and usage to reduce waste and ensure availability
- Maintain accurate data entry and process tracking using SAP
- Engage in daily Tier meetings and embed world-class manufacturing practices (EISC/MMS, TRACC, 5S)
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role within FMCG or manufacturing
- Forklift licence essential
- Strong mechanical aptitude and operational troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
- HSC or relevant technical/trade qualifications; Diploma or tertiary education desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic SAP functionality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
