Packaging Line Coordinator

What will your role be?

As the Packaging Line Coordinator on the Afternoon Shift (2 PM-10 PM, Monday to Friday), you'll take charge of production during your shift. You'll be responsible for leading a team of operators, managing safety and quality, optimising output, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at our Huntingwood site.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role with a focus on performance, standards, and people.

What does the role look like for you?

• Lead the afternoon shift team to meet production targets (OTIFNE - On Time, In Full, No Errors)
• Manage line changeovers, operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (HACCP, ISO)
• Coach and develop team members to support multi-skilling and capability uplift
• Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and process enhancements
• Support materials planning and usage to reduce waste and ensure availability
• Maintain accurate data entry and process tracking using SAP
• Engage in daily Tier meetings and embed world-class manufacturing practices (EISC/MMS, TRACC, 5S)

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role within FMCG or manufacturing
• Forklift licence essential
• Strong mechanical aptitude and operational troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
• HSC or relevant technical/trade qualifications; Diploma or tertiary education desirable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic SAP functionality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
