About the role

We are looking for a proactive, driven, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to take ownership of the Order to Invoice workstream within our broader Order-to-Cash transformation program, Leapfrog. This is a key role requiring both functional expertise and strong leadership, where you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will be instrumental in shaping solutions that drive process excellence, leveraging your deep understanding of OTC processes and your ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Lead Business Analyst for the Order to Invoice stream in a large-scale OTC project.
  • Take ownership of business requirements and solutions for the Order to Invoice process, from initiation through delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions (e.g., GBO, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, IT) to align priorities and ensure delivery of business value.
  • Drive end-to-end OTC functional and technical design with a focus on efficiency, data integrity, and automation.
  • Ensure clear documentation of process flows, technical documentation, acceptance criteria, and traceability of requirements.
  • Apply agile project methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO) to manage work across sprints and releases.
  • Lead and support workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues in a timely manner while proactively driving resolution.
  • Support UAT, training, and business readiness activities.


Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong, hands-on Order to Invoice experience within an end-to-end OTC framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - capable of building trust and influencing at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Order Management and Billing modules and EDI
  • Experience with process automation (order entry automation, OCR, or AI driven solutions)
  • Familiarity with agile tools and practices, eg: JIRA/ADO.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive action through ambiguity.
  • Exposure to EDI, Esker, HighRadius, or Salesforce.
  • Experience in global or multi-country OTC implementations.
  • Working knowledge of integration points between SAP, Esker, and other platforms.
