About The Role

As a Market Service Owner, you'll play a vital role in the successful execution of customer orders across a wide range of global markets. Based at our Nangor Road office in Dublin, you'll be responsible for handling international transport operations and working closely with production teams to ensure customer demand is met on time and in full.

You'll be encouraged to approach your work with an ownership attitude, continuously looking for ways to improve service, enhance performance against key KPIs, and find opportunities to reduce cost while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This is a dynamic and collaborative role where relationship-building and attention to detail are key. You'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Baileys products from Ireland to destinations across the globe, with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage approximately 6,500 customer orders annually across over 400 product codes, coordinating supply from 3 production sites and delivering more than 8 million cases to 180 customers in over 60 countries.

  • Be responsible for international shipments via sea, road, and air, ensuring timely and compliant delivery in line with Incoterms.

  • Prepare and collate export documentation to meet specific market and compliance requirements, with a strong focus on Customs & Excise.

  • Monitor order dates and work closely with production planning and despatch teams to ensure alignment.

  • Build strong working relationships with global partners, including marine, road, and air carriers, to book capacity, confirm shipments, and resolve transport-related queries.

  • Liaise regularly with Regional Hubs to resolve service issues and deliver a high standard of customer support.

  • Investigate and track order failures, supporting KPI reporting and helping to drive corrective actions for service misses.

  • Champion service for your allocated markets, ensuring any potential risks to delivery are identified and resolved early.

  • Demonstrate a collaborative, ‘One Team' attitude - supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive team environment.

  • Be proactive in seeking out development opportunities and open to growing within the role and across Diageo.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine operational excellence with customer service and continuous improvement, all while working with one of Diageo's most iconic brands.

  • Familiarity with supply chain systems such as SAP, LCT and TMS

  • An understanding of key supply chain processes including planning, replenishment, make-to-order fulfilment, manufacturing and materials/services supply
