AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)
1Customer/Consumer satisfaction & Food safety management
1. Establish and continuously upgrade consumer relevant quality standards (CRQS) for Onshelf and Market connect program
2. Lead Distribution Quality performance and ensure defect free consignments reach the depots and trade.
3. Drive Distribution Quality improvements through regular feedback and engagement with various stakeholders like Logistics, QA Packaging Quality & Unit Heads
4. Liason with Various market research organizations and drive Onshelf Quality improvements through periodic surveys
5. Ensure Onshelf Quality (CRQS) as per set frequency and drive action plan.
